COVID-19: How We Continue to Keep You Safe

At Limestone City Dental, the safety of our patients and staff has always been paramount. Never has safety been more relevant & essential than during the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Our office has made significant changes to our daily operations to keep you, your family and our employees safe during this challenging time.

• Our staff will screen for COVID-19 symptoms when booking and confirming appointments
• Upon arrival at the clinic, all patients & visitors are screened to ensure they are not exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms
• Entry into the clinic is limited to the patient having treatment, someone who may be providing assistance to a patient and visitors who have business with the office only
• Patients may choose to wear a mask while visiting the clinic
• Our patients and staff must observe social distancing guidelines while in the office
• Everyone entering and exiting the premises must perform hand hygiene
• We have initiated a one-way directional flow in the office
• Our employees will adhere to recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements depending on the job and treatment being performed.
  • New PPE items being used since opening during the pandemic includes N95 respirators, isolations gowns, face shields, Level 3 ASTM masks
• We have limited the number of patients in the office at one time and have reduced our waiting room seating area to ensure adequate social distancing
• We have removed all magazines and books from our waiting room and removed access to the children play area
• We have installed highly effective HEPA filters / air exchangers in each Operatory.

We firmly believe (and our patients have told us so) our office is as safe, if not safer, than any public business due to the increased safety measures we have. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to our office!
